Brand Sprint

How We Build Your Brand in Four Weeks

Muze Team

The Challenge

Most early-stage startups get the brand wrong — or skip it entirely.

They launch with something that works for now. Then they raise a round, start targeting enterprise customers, and suddenly the brand is the thing slowing deals down.

The fix isn't a full rebrand. It's doing it right the first time, fast enough that it doesn't hold everything else up.

That's what founders come to us for.

Our Approach

A Brand Sprint is a focused four-week engagement. We come in, ask hard questions, and build a brand that's ready to work — not just look good.

We start with strategy. Not generic positioning statements — but a brand foundation that fits where the company is right now. Seed stage looks different from Series A. Pre-PMF looks different from post. We build for the current phase, not a hypothetical future version of the company.

When the product evolves and PMF becomes clear, we can run another sprint — this time to align the visual identity with where the product actually landed. The brand grows with the business.

4 weeks from brief to brand

Discovery & Strategy

Weeks one and two are discovery and strategy. We align on positioning, audience, and what the company actually stands for. We push back until we have something real.

Identity & Execution

Weeks three and four are execution. Identity, typography, color, and the core visual system — built in Figma, documented, and ready to hand off.

No committees. No revision loops that stretch for months. Eyal and Yonatan run the work directly, so what you get is senior judgment from start to finish.

The Result

Startups leave with a brand that can go in front of enterprise buyers, investors, and partners — without apology.

We've run Brand Sprints for companies going into fundraising, preparing for a product launch, and reorienting after a pivot. In each case, the sprint gave them the clarity to move faster on everything else.
