The Site is owned and operated by muze, and is accessed by you under the terms of use described below (“Terms of Use”).

CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS
"Muze shall retain all worldwide rights in the intellectual property of the Site, including, but not limited to, trademarks, the DESIGN of the Site, its color combinations, layout, and all other graphical elements, and the copyright in and to its original content. Everything you read or see on the Site is copyrighted and owned by muze, nothing that you read or see on the Site or other site content, or any HTML CSS Javascript code that muze uses to generate the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed, or performed for commercial use without the prior written consent of muze"
TRADEMARKS
"The company name, logo, designs, code, and other product and service names are the trademarks and trade names of muze. muze’s trademarks and trade names may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion."
MISCELLANEOUS
"The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between users of the Site and muze. If you breach any term of the Terms of Use, muze may pursue any legal or equitable remedy, including but not limited to, direct, consequential, and punitive damages and injunctive relief. muze’s remedies are cumulative and not exclusive. . Users of this Site are responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. Any dispute arising out of the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Israel, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. Any action relating to the Terms of Use must be filed and maintained in a court in the state of Israel, and users consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts for such purpose."
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUZEDESIGN AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MuzeDesign and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv‑Yafo, Israel.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
